This event will be a one-day conference in Southern California. There will be education sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitors, and the chance to earn 4.5 CEUs. CALPCC will offer a second conference in Northern California in the fall of 2014. Announcements about this event are coming soon!
Keynote: Dr. Gerald Corey, Ed.D., ABPP, a well-known counselor educator and author of 15 books in the field of counseling psychology, will be addressing "The Counselor as a Person and as a Professional."
Develop knowledge and skills for self-care and stress management in light of our profession’s demanding work
Understand the challenges and opportunities facing LPCC practitioners in our state’s systems and ecologies for mental health providers
Learn new techniques and approaches for counseling practice that address the diversity of the state’s population
Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
This conference meets the qualifications for 4.5 hours of continuing education credit for LPCCs, MFTs, LEPs and/or LCSWs, as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. CALPCC's Provider Number is PCE #5081. The $20 CEU documentation fee is fully refundable if the participant is unable to attend the conference. No refund: Cancellation after March 29, 2014
